Official Rules

1. No Purchase or Obligation Necessary. There are two ways to enter: (1) Consumers scan their Campus Perks key tag at any register in the Family Fare Supermarket in Allendale, Michigan between 12:00 a.m. EST on February 6, 2009 and 11:59 p.m. EST on March 5, 2009. Each time a Campus Perks Key Tag is scanned in the sweepstakes period, the customer is automatically entered into the sweepstakes. Scan the key as often as you like. (2) To enter without scanning a Campus Perks Key Tag, handprint your name, address, zip code, and phone number on a 3-1/2" x 5" card and mail your entry to Spartan Stores, Inc., Attn: Holiday Ain't Over with Campus Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 8700, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49518. Entries must be postmarked on or before March 5, 2009 and received by March 12, 2009. Spartan Stores, Inc., and participating Spartan stores are not responsible for lost, stolen, postage due, or misdirected entries. Incomplete and illegible entries will be disqualified. Enter as often as you like, but only one name and entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. All mail-in entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. 2. Drawings. Spartan Stores, Inc. will hold a random drawing each week to select twelve (12) prize winners from all entries received the previous week. Drawings will be held on the following Thursdays: February 19, 2009; February 26, 2009; March 5, 2009 and March 12, 2009. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received for the drawings. Non-winning entries will not carryover to the next weeks drawing.

3. Prizes. Two (2) Grand Prize winners will be drawn February 26, 2009 and March 12, 2009 and will each receive a XBOX360X PRO HOL 08 with Guitar Hero World Tour Band Bundle with an approximate retail value of $500.00. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be drawn February 19, 2009 and will receive Footlocker from Sunkist with an approximate retail value of $250.00. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be drawn March 5, 2009 and will receive Stadium Seating from Sunkist with an approximate retail value of $300.00. Two (2) First Prize winners each week will receive $50.00 Family Fare gift cards with a retail value of $ 50.00. Gift cards can be used for products at participating Spartan Stores except alcohol, tobacco, lottery tickets, postage stamps, and TicketMaster. Six (6) Second Prize winners each week will receive $25.00 Family Fare gift cards with a retail value of $25.00. Gift cards can be used for products at participating Spartan Stores except alcohol, tobacco, lottery tickets, postage stamps, and TicketMaster. Three (3) Third Prize winners each week will receive a bag filled with groceries with an approximate retail value of $20.00. All prizes will be awarded.

4. General Conditions. Winners will be notified by mail, e-mail and/or phone within 30 days of prize drawing at the address or phone number on file for Campus Perks Key Tags or the mailed entry. If a winner cannot be located or does not respond to claim the prize within 14 days after notification, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign a Prize Winner's Affidavit of Eligibility and Release Form within 14 days of notification. In the event of noncompliance, an alternate winner will be selected. By acceptance of prize, winners agree without limitation to the use of their name, photograph and/or likeness for publicity purposes without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. No substitution of prizes permitted, except that the sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event any prize cannot be awarded as stated. Prizes are transferable at the sole discretion of the sponsor. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Spartan Stores, Inc., which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Spartan Stores, Inc., participating Spartan stores, and their respective representatives, agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, cost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or sponsor's representatives. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in the advertising, Official Rules, selection and announcement of the winners and distribution of the prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or amend this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, if any factor, including without limitation virus, bugs, or non-authorized human intervention, interferes with its conduct as contemplated by these official rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

5. Eligibility. Must be a resident of Michigan, and 17 years or older at the time of entry to win. Employees of Spartan Stores, Inc., participating Spartan stores and their agents and affiliates, and employees' immediate families are not eligible to win. Immediate family members include relatives living at the same address as an employee. Void where prohibited, taxed, licensed, or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

6. Winner's List. Names of winners are available upon request by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope by April 13, 2009, to Spartan Stores, Inc., Attn: Holidays Ain't Over with Campus Perks Sweepstakes winner list, P.O. Box 8700, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49518.
